1st day tpractical
my 1st day start with a bright comfortable shining morning. As the HQ near to my house, i just walked from my home in less 5 minutes then moved to 3rd floor to meet miss HR. From there , i sign some papers then asked to sit down while waiting for the driver comes to fetch me. After that, met the driver and he brought me to the factory. Me and the driver have a good conversation till we reached there and he brought me to meet personnel officer, Mr CCS . From there Mr CCS brief me on the job scope, make new punch card, show the canteen, and the factory.
After that, he brought me to meet Safety officer there, Mr AC. From conversation between me and Mr AC. Luckily he is my family's friend and he know our family too. I just call him uncle since he's same age with my uncle. After lunch, we have a ERP meeting with big manager and some committees. Now, i know some sort of ERP. After that, big manager wanna see fire hydrant the factory and we followed him to the worker's hostel.
Surprisingly, big manager shocked when he saw dirty environment around the hostel..omg..what's a lot of rubbish! then he called person in charge then he scolded them. Don't make shamed to me and the company! i paid your salary to do your work but you all don't do anything on this rubbish. we are not rats! haiya!
Since he's the boss, 1st rule is follow your boss. After ERP meeting, me and Mr AC went back to meeting room, from there. He teaches safety briefing to some new Indonesian workers. I felt pity with them but what to do. In this world, the weak is meat, the strong do eat. Just pray for them and hopes them happy with their life. Amen.
