today at work, i argued with 2 france guy from main-con. that's time i lead my workers to transfer the scaffolds from base 4 to level 9 by using lift. then this france guys coming from no where, asked us to stop work and explain to me, that's i need to use protection on the floor. i sorry i dont do the protection, i asked my worker to search the plywood.
i also search for plywood. no longer after that i heard the 2 france guy shouted at my work then he searched me and mad at me that my workers enter the barricade area. i said sorry for my workers and i asked them whether they want me to clean the floor for them and will search the protection.
no longer after that, i just step on the paint floor. then the france guy mad at me and he said "No lift for you" right on my face and he lifted finger signage "No".
then my blood start boiling, we have booking the lift since 4pm and fight for the lift. i said to him, we have fight for the lift, never mind i call my boss NOW!
i think he start to be startle when i said that then he immediate change his mind, he asked me just do the protection 1st and i can use the lift.
I said to him whether he want me to clean the floor. he said no need. i said sorry for the messy problem and thank you. well, peace. for sure this france guy will never look at me at the same way. i fight!
