today i do chest training. now i can lift 40kg. i proud of myself. even when i started, i barely can lift the bar only =10kg. then i added to 20kg then 25kg then 30kg then 35kg then now 40kg. I hopes can lift more than 50 kg and perfecting my cheast muscle shape. still ongoing.
