Today is such weird day
I made a man crying. yes, don't know whether i should feel a guilt or not.
but i have to mad at him because i do my job to ensure any worker wear ppe. i just like gave him safety induction 1 hour ago then i do my site walk and see him wear normal shoes. my blood kinda hot as i assumes this show disrespect to me and take me lightly at whatever i said during toolbox and induction. rule is rule, is a must to follow.
I wont be this mad if he told me earlier about his handicapped. even though he handicapped but i wouldn't give him work at site without safety shoes. i rather have him wear safety shoes rather than allow him wear normal shoes where if he can get accident or what. who to answer it? me?
i do apologize to him after that. i dont play with accident/incident matter
