Position Upgraded, New environment.

Today is Sunday and I'm working in this Japanese company for 19th day already. 1st day at hq office while the next day until today I at site. 

So far, I'm quite happy with this company environment. More over , this is my 1st work as Safety & Health Officer. There is ton of tasks I need to do ..a lot of work I never been done before before last time I worked as HSE supervisor as I'm not exposed to the work of SHO. Luckily, my bos, colleague and other SHO friends help me a lot when I faced problem, I called them how to do this task or settle it. 

It is much tougher work plus work in site construction, dealing with so so sub-con, it is much pressure but anyhow I feel happy so far working. Maybe for the moment as I heard there is other superior who is not good to new people especially like me, but I care what, test me la if dare. 

So far, I gives myself A- on my work. I hopes my hse system is good, well cooperation from management and sub-con and colleagues also. I only want Zero accident happens with no death. There will be incident/accident that we can't avoid but I believes we can do it. 

many thanks to my boss for giving me opportunity as SHO although I lack of something but I come here to prove myself that I can take the challenge and the hits also.
