Work Culture

I been working with local company, previous company was France company and current joined company is Japanese.

To be truth, working with international company have pros and cons.

I start with Prns 1st.

1. Safety No. 1 absolutely
2. Work culture is efficient
3. Less or no office politic (this one I like)
4. Colleagues support is the best. No harm to ask, they sure help. this is what I want.
5. Career growth. (I can go anywhere include oversea company as both international company I worked for is the Big Name company in their own field, this give me advantage but the one give advantage is experience to do the job).

Cons
1. high standard need to do that this, lot of work
2. that's all.

Our local company is good because staff worked in international company bring in the work ethnic and culture especially Sarawakian company specifically the contractor. It is shame our contractor work is no standard and quality is less plus hse is less supported.

I wishes Sarawakian who worked in oversea or in Malaya come back to Sarawak for service and change these type of culture. I want Sarawakian to work like there is high standard to practice.
